Shipping policy

Each item is handmade and made uniquely just for you. The process usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the item(s) in your order. Processing time adds an additional week. Upon fulfillment of your order and its return to our possession from the manufacturer please allow 5-10 business days to receive your package.

When it comes to Pre-orders they can be placed through our official website, upon placing a pre-order. you will receive an order confirmation via email, detailing the items ordered and payment information. The estimated delivery rime provided at the time of pre-order placement is subject to change. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could impact the delivery schedule.

Any changes to the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you via our Instagram or other contact information provided at the time of ordering. 

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

All shipment pricing is based on weight.
